A warranty broker for new homes
Newbuild Warranties focuses on one thing: the structural warranty on a new home. Most buyers' lenders will ask about it, so it needs to be in place before the first spade goes in the ground, not found at the end of the job.
We arrange cover with specialist warranty providers and insurers for housebuilders and developers, from single plots and small infill sites through to full estates, and for people building their own homes. We look after the process from first enquiry to the final certificate for every plot.

How we work
What you can expect from us
We are a broker, not an insurer
We arrange cover on your behalf with specialist warranty providers and insurers. The warranty provider named in your quotation provides the warranty, and the insurer named alongside it carries the risk.
Information, not advice
We work on a non-advised basis. We find the providers who will cover your homes and give you the information you need to choose, but the decision is yours.
Clear costs
Every quotation shows the premium and the provider's inspection and administration fees separately. There is no broker fee to pay. We are paid by commission from the warranty provider, which is included in the premium.
Paperwork done properly
You receive our terms of business and a written statement of your demands and needs before any cover is arranged. We check the provider is likely to be accepted by your buyers' lenders, though each lender makes the final decision, and certificate records are kept so owners can rely on them for years.
